Q: The program doesn't display the data. Why?
A: For the proper program work it's necessary to have following components in the "Network Neighbourhood" settings:
- Client for Microsoft network.
- Microsoft net files and printers access service.
- Protocol TCP/IP, in the settings "NetBIOS over TCP/IP" must be marked.
Q: Why does the program display little data?
A: There can be two reasons for that:
- There can be "Remote registry access" service off on the remote computer.
- Your computer can be located on the other domain.
To get full data it's necessary enter any remote domain user or remote computer login and password. If the program can't define the remote domain name independently then entering the login set the domain name after the slash, for example: "DOMAIN\Administrator".
The most full data will be displayed if you enter remote computer or domain administrator login and password.
- Displayed data volume increase.
- Program functionality increase.
